2011.december 21-én az index.hu cikket jelentetett meg "Sokba kerül az ingyenes energia". Bár a cikk címében jelzett költség probléma kétségtelenül igaz, magában a cikkben számos tárgyi tévedés található és általános kicsengése sem tükrözi a valóságot. A korrektség kedvért a cikkhez az alábbi megjegyzéseket fűzzük:
